Case Study: How ISD Padel Automated 2,500+ Bookings via WhatsApp
PAIC Team
•The Challenge: Managing 9 Padel Courts in Dubai
Running a premier sports facility like ISD Padel in Dubai Sports City comes with high demand. With 9 high-traffic courts, the manual workload of handling booking requests, cancellations, and schedules was overwhelming.
Staff spent hours typing repetitive answers to questions like "Is Court 3 free at 7 PM?" or "Can I reschedule Friday?" Every delay in replying meant a player might book elsewhere.
The Solution: A WhatsApp Digital Receptionist
PAIC integrated an automated AI assistant directly into ISD Padel's official WhatsApp line. Instead of requiring players to download a specialized booking app, everything happens naturally in WhatsApp.
- Instant Court Bookings: Players ask for court availability in regular language and get instant confirmations.
- Integrated In-Chat Payments: Players receive secure direct payment links inside WhatsApp.
- Automated Rescheduling: Cancellations and slot updates processed dynamically according to club rules.
- Team Dashboard & Takeover: Staff can monitor court occupancy and jump in on any conversation with a single click.
The Results After 9 Months
With over 2,500 automated bookings completed, ISD Padel eliminated the bottleneck at front desk reception and improved court utilization during peak hours.
- 85% of player inquiries resolved automatically by the assistant.
- Over 11 hours of front-desk messaging time saved every single day.
- Zero bookings lost due to delayed responses during rush periods.
